At Royal Global Marketplace, we ship to customers worldwide. As a global dropshipping store, your order is fulfilled directly from our supplier network and shipped to your door, wherever you are in the world.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and supplier location:

North America (USA, Canada): 7–20 business days
Europe: 7–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Asia Pacific: 5–15 business days
Middle East & Africa: 10–30 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the product page or active promotions for details.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Royal Global Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
